As Intern - CRO Planning & Fulfillment you will work on Service programs to support customer communications, scheduling and parts flow coordination. Under supervision, you will help align customer priorities with shop execution, contribute to on-time delivery and turnaround time (TAT) targets and develop skills in demand planning, inventory and cross-functional collaborationJob Description Essential Responsibilities Attend daily production control meetings (safety, quality, delivery and costs)Keep up with constant communications with shop on material requirements related to inputs and part conditionsJoin formal and informal customer touchpoints to capture and clarify requirementsAssist in monitoring processes from customer requirement through delivery to support TAT targetsHelp transfering customer's priorities to the shopTrack supplier deliveries and support expediting/escalation with the Sourcing/Logistics teamAnalyze performance gap with Problem solving approachProvide status reports as required and recovery planHelp manage work stoppage and excusable delay with Program managerProvide monthly KPI analysisAssure consistency between production plan and need date, being accountable for material coverageLearn how to release Requests for Order, PPO schedule and child orders according to production needsMonitor material delivery and expedite deliveries whenever required Qualifications/Requirements Master's Degree in Industrial or Management EngineeringGood Knowledge of Office toolsRespectful, receptive, agile, eager to learnQuick learner, strategically prioritizes work, committedStrong oral and written communication - must be able to deliver clear and concise messagesFluent Italian and EnglishWork Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required Desired Characteristics Knowledge on material planning, master scheduling, and shop floor controlDemonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problemsProven analytical and organizational abilityAbility to effectively manage competing priorities and resolve challenges simultaneouslyLean/Continuous Improvement mindsetPrevious experience in a manufacturing and operations environmentInclusion & DiversityAvio Aero is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and we are strongly committed to maintain an inclusive and diverse environment.
