The ideal candidate will excel in managing complex projects in the Data Centre sector and thrive in an international environment.The (Junior) Project Manager will be responsible for:To work on Project Management Commissions, supporting the end to end service delivery with respect to large, complex projects.To act as day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.Interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages. Attend project calls, on-line and on-site meetingsDemonstrate ownership and leadership behaviors to collaborate with the wider team involved on the project (GCs, Clerk of work, H&S Officer, EoRs, CxA) to make sure all parties are aligned for the project completion within approved time, quality, cost and H&S target.Identify potential risks and propose to PMO a strategy for risk mitigation and manage it during the project lifecycle.Prepare minutes of meeting and reportVisit the construction site to monitor & review the progress of works and quality of construction.QualificationsUniversity degree in Construction Management or in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.Minimum of 4 years' experience in construction project management.Proven track record of delivering project management services across the full project lifecycle, ideally within sectors such as Logistics, Data Centers, Manufacturing, Industrial, or other complex asset types.Willingness and flexibility to travel to construction sites up to 4 days per week.Business-level proficiency in English and Italian.Additional InformationOur people share our Purpose and Values.
