Main activity and responsibility

Review field tickets and critical failure cases reported by technical interface teams; conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction by monitoring key performance indicators for the effectiveness and cost of sustaining operations.
Collaborate with Engineering Development to propose design changes, balancing long-term quality/reliability objectives with the costs of modifications and defect/non-conformity remediation.
Support the System Test team to ensure every release is adequately validated, documented, and communicated to relevant teams, with clear progress reporting and release-date communication to stakeholders.

Required Skills

Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
Experience, even if brief, in technical support for electronic products, ticket management, and root-cause analysis of failures.
Foundational knowledge of firmware development and, more broadly, product development processes.
Familiarity with testing, validation, and release methodologies for embedded systems.
Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming languages.

Additional Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience, even if brief, with ticketing systems (e.g., DevOps); experience managing DevOps pipelines and automation tooling.
Foundational knowledge of QA, System Test, and KPI reporting.
Basic programming knowledge for debugging

Soft Skill

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; essential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer focus.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Proactive with a continuous improvement mindset.
High attention to detail.
