POSITION SUMMARY
The Night Butler is a key element in a team of professionals striving to deliver a level of personalized service that exceeds not only the expectation of the guest but will add a point of difference from the service provided in any other hotel/resort in Italy.
The position of Night Butler provides a very personal, detailed, seamless service to guests.
The Night Butler will take gentle care of all their guests from pre-arrival until departure without imposing themselves on the guest. The Suite Butler will be seen by the guests as owner of each guest’s needs and requests.
The attention to detail that is required from Night Butler, and their ability to anticipate guests needs means that they are the consummate hotel professional with impeccable standards. Night Butlers will not accept anything less than the best available presentation of the suites/rooms and public areas of the floors.

Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of employees. Comply with quality assurance standards. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
