Key Responsibilities

1. Administer compensation and benefits plans, ensuring competitive and compliant offerings.
2. Support the full talent acquisition lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and orientation for new hires.
3. Organize and facilitate employee training and development initiatives to foster continuous learning and growth.
4. Provide day-to-day HR advisory services to employees and managers, addressing employee relations, absence management, and performance issues.
5. Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and maintaining accurate HRIS records.
6. Ensure compliance with local and national employment laws, updating policies and procedures as needed.
7. Contribute to the development, communication, and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs that enhance employee experience and support business objectives.
8. Play an active role in building and nurturing the company culture, ensuring alignment between organizational values and employee behavior, and leading initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace
9. Support the design and evolution of the company’s organizational structure, collaborating with leadership to ensure it aligns with business goals and supports sustainable growth

What We’re Looking For

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably in the software or technology sector.
3. Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and HRIS systems.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
5. Proactive, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
