ITALIAN SPEAKERS WANTED IN LISBON - CUSTOMER SUPPORT - ACCOMMODATION INCLUDED
About the Opportunity:
Would you like to work in an international environment and be at the forefront of customer experience ? If so, we are looking for customer support experts in Lisbon to support many international projects. Italian proficiency is needed for these roles.
What you will be doing:
- You will provide customer support over the phone, email and chat
- You will be the main point of contact for clients ensuring excellent and smooth customer experience and journey
- You will sssist customers with questions, queries and information they might require
- You will support customers with issues, problems or claims and escalate as appropriate
Profile and skils:
- You are very proficient in Italian (C2/C1 level) and have good command of English (B2)
- You are a problem solver
- You can work on rotating shifts
- You hold a valid right to work in the EU (EU citizen, EU passport ect..)
