A luxury game lodge in Musina, Limpopo, is seeking a friendly, professional and experienced Barlady to join their team.
The successful candidate must have excellent guest service skills, a confident personality and the ability to maintain high standards of bar service in a luxury hospitality environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous bartending or bar service experience, preferably within a lodge, hotel or hospitality environment
- Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails and bar service
- Excellent guest relations and communication skills
- Friendly, professional and well presented
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to work under pressure and maintain service standards
- Reliable, flexible and guest-focused
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide professional and friendly service to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bar area
- Monitor stock levels and assist with stock control and ordering
- Ensure correct storage and handling of beverages
- Maintain responsible alcohol service standards
- Process orders and payments accurately
- Ensure bar equipment and glassware are kept clean and in good condition
- Assist with general food and beverage service when required
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction
