12-month fixed-term contract (permanent after 2 years), 22 days of annual leave, and Portuguese public holidays.
What you'll do
- Support customers in Italian and English by phone, chat, and email on repair enquiries
- Explain repair solutions clearly and handle complaints with empathy
- Share customer feedback to improve products and service, and work closely with your team
What we're looking for
- Fluent Italian and good English
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Willingness to relocate to Lisbon and work rotating shifts (Mon–Sun, 08:00–22:00)
