- Support remote technical troubleshooting for field engineers and partners to help resolve real project issues.
- Assist with commissioning activities and workshop testing to build hands-on understanding of systems and equipment.
- Help manage and follow up support tickets to learn structured issue tracking and resolution.
- Contribute to technical issue analysis and rework cases to support continuous improvement of products and processes.
- Create and improve technical documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
- Support site readiness through HSE and site documentation preparation in line with internal requirements.

Your mission
Your profile
- Ongoing studies in Engineering or a technical field (industrial, electrical, electronics, communications, or similar).
- English at B2 level or higher (tested during the interview process).
- Interest in electrical equipment and renewable energy technologies (PV and energy storage).
- Structured and organized working style with strong attention to detail.
- Strong learning mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced team.
- Collaborative attitude and clear communication style in an international environment.
