Description

As a Junior Order Fulfilment Planner, you are responsible for demanding accuracy, operative forecasting, planning, and problem solving on global level. The NI Optical Global Demand Planner delivers competitive performance to enable Nokia's net growth and optimization of profitability.

 



Responsibilities
  • Responsible for global demand plan creation for planning NI ON Optics products. 
  • Monitoring Customer Business Team (CBT) order income vs. demand plans and propose actions in case of deviation. 
  • Identifying and generating action-based assessments of key business and technology trends to ensure Supply Chain (SC)decisions are being made in a timely manner to ensure opportunities’ realization. 
  • Ensuring close relationship with markets and getting to know the business internally and externally. 
  • Monitoring Customer Business Team (CBT) bottom-up demand plans by mitigating Excess & Obsolescence (E&O) and lead time risks. 
  • Proactively influencing delivery performance through improvement of Demand Planning Accuracy (DPA). 
  • Hosting demand planning process including preparation or global demand planning approval meetings and-related reports to ensure supply chain performance against market requirements by considering risks in terms of supply capability and financial implication (Excess / Obsolescence (E/O)). 
  • Implementing statistical planning competence in the demand planning process using statistical and analytical forecasting methods and best market knowledge to improve the DPA 
  • Leading projects with significant risk and complexity and develops project strategy. Key skills and experience
    Acting as an acknowledged expert within a key business function.

     


Qualifications

You Have:

  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Data Analytics. 
  • Basic Knowledge of forecasting techniques including Machine learning technique. 
  • Advanced Knowledge of Excel and PBI (Power Query, Pivot tables; Macros) to manage big data set.
  • Strong quantitative skills; ability to interpret large data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence cross-functional teams and present complex data clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead demand review meetings and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English.

 

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Knowledge or experience in AI.
  • Fluency in Italian.


Italy Salary range
Annual Base Salary Range: 29,302.33-54,418.60 Euro
Target Incentive: 7.50-10%
