The ESG GMA Knowledge Associate Engineer is responsible for supporting regulatory intelligence activities related to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) requirements affecting companies and industries globally. Working under the guidance of senior SMEs, the individual researches regulatory developments, maintains knowledge databases, supports customer inquiries, contributes to ESG content creation, and assists in the delivery of market access and regulatory intelligence solutions.
This role provides an opportunity to develop expertise in emerging sustainability regulations, including product sustainability, circular economy, environmental compliance, ESG reporting frameworks, due diligence requirements, and related global market access topics.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and track ESG-related regulatory and standards developments globally.
- Conduct regulatory research and analysis on sustainability and environmental requirements.
- Maintain and update regulatory intelligence databases, knowledge repositories, and GCM content.
- Support the creation of customer deliverables, regulatory summaries, reports, and market access guidance.
- Assist in evaluating the impact of new regulations on products, industries, and markets.
- Support response to customer questions and internal stakeholder inquiries.
- Contribute to ESG-related articles, newsletters, webinars, and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Collaborate with SMEs, project managers, sales teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of regulatory content.
- Support continuous improvement of knowledge management processes and tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Law, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Regulatory Affairs, Public Policy, or a related l field.
- Master's degree is desirable but not required.
What we offer:
We understand that remuneration and benefits are important when deciding on your next career move. The annual salary range for this position is EUR 28.200 - 37.600 gross, determined by numerous factors, including knowledge, skills, and experience (Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA: Commerce Sector - Job Classification Level: Level 4). This position also offers an annual bonus of up to 5% of annual salary.
