What We Offer
Work Location: 100% On-site in Lisbon, Portugal
Perks: Daily food allowance + performance bonus
Schedule: 08:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Mon–Sat, rotational day off + Sundays off)

What You'll Do
Assist Italian-speaking clients via phone and email
Perform initial troubleshooting and technical diagnostics
Handle order follow-ups, minor repairs, and customer queries using 3 support systems
What You Need
Fluency in Italian and English (written & spoken)
Strong problem-solving skills and tech adaptability
Customer-focused attitude (cross-selling experience is a plus)
