If you are located in Italy in Milano, this role is an excellent opportunity to join us as a Sales Manager in our European Sales team within the ECOMAL group:
- You have the overall responsibility for all aspects of the sales organization ECOMAL Italy and the market approach
- Together with your team you ensure the achievement of the annual sales targets of the organization
- You lead, develop and support a team of Area Sales Managers covering the Italian market
- With your customers you establish a trusting relationship and long-term strategic partnership
- You work closely together with our Business Development
- You are responsible for the PnL and will report to our Regional Sales Manager in Spain
- Preferred is experience in a comparable position
- You have a technical background in Electronic or Electrical Engineering (or similar)
- We appreciate a high level of technical understanding, especially of electronic components
- You are a persuasive negotiating talent who enjoys contact with customers
- You are able to motivate and lead a team of 7 sales persons
- You are known as a problem solver and deal closer with outstanding communication skills

Your Italian language skills are at a native level and your English skills are good
- You will have a secure job in a futureproofed and fast-growing industry
