This is a high-impact executive opportunity for a proven commercial and strategy leader to take full ownership of a diverse and dynamic multi-property portfolio. In this role, you will drive cross-segment top-line performance, elevate brand market share, deepen strategic partnerships across all the market segments and align Marketing, Reservations and Revenue with broader commercial objectives.
Reporting directly to the Cluster General Manager, the Cluster Commercial Director serves as a pivotal strategic advisor, leading cross-functional alignment with Sales, Group Meetings & Events (GM&E), Revenue Management and Marketing, even with supporting the team with operations as well.
Core Responsibilities
• Partner closely with the Cluster General Manager to design, deploy, and refine the cluster’s multi-year commercial roadmap and market positioning.
• Lead the commercial strategy across the properties, identifying business opportunities and expanding revenue across Corporate, MICE, Groups, Luxury Leisure, Consortia, Wholesale and all other segments.
• Direct, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing, cross-functional commercial team, building a results-driven and collaborative culture.
• Drive synergy across Sales, GM&E, Revenue Management, Reservations, and Marketing to ensure total asset optimization.
• Lead budgeting, financial planning, and dynamic forecasting processes, establishing robust metrics to exceed revenue goals and commercial KPIs.
• Continuously analyze competitive set intelligence, macroeconomic indicators, and segment trends to capitalize on emerging market opportunities.
• Build and nurture high-level relationships with key global accounts, major decision-makers, and industry stakeholders.
• Represent the cluster portfolio at top-tier industry trade shows, customer events, brand showcases, and targeted sales activations in accordance with the cluster travel plan.
• Influence cost allocation and operational spend across marketing, digital channels, and media campaigns to maximize return on investment.
• Maintain strict alignment between commercial initiatives and Hilton’s international brand standards across all four properties. Candidate Profile
• 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience within internationally branded hotels, including proven success in multi-property environments.
• 3 to 5+ years in a senior commercial leadership role managing teams, complex segment mixes, and cross-functional departments.
• Prior leadership experience within a major international hotel group is mandatory.
• Advanced command of hotel revenue mechanics, segment forecasting, budgeting, business analytics, and strategic positioning.
• Proven track record of high-level negotiation, strategic client management, and executive stakeholder engagement.
• A balanced approach combining high-level strategic vision with hands-on, operational execution and accountability.
• Full professional proficiency in English is required; any other major European languages is a plus. Reward & Benefits
