WE'RE HIRING: WAREHOUSE SPECIALIST (30H) — COLD STORE MILAN, PORTA TICINESE Behind every piece that hits the store floor, there's someone like you keeping the rhythm. YOUR MISSION STOCK & OPERATIONS
• Flawless receiving: you receive, check and sort all incoming merchandise, spotting any discrepancy.
• You organize the stockroom to COLD standards: everything in its place, everything easy to find.
• You prepare product before it hits the floor: tagging, security tags, folding and presentation.
• You take part in inventories, regular stock counts and the management of returns, transfers and defective items. REPLENISHMENT & SALES SUPPORT
• Street speed: you replenish fast and accurately, prioritizing best-sellers and critical sizes.
• You anticipate the store's needs to avoid stock-outs.
• You stay in constant communication with the sales team.
• You get the stockroom ready for launches, promotions, sales and peak moments. ORDER & STANDARDS
• The stockroom as a temple: clean, tidy and safe at all times.
• You follow internal processes for receiving, storing and moving merchandise.
• You take care of the product, because it's part of the COLD experience.
• See an operational problem? You're already proposing the solution. IS THIS YOU?
• You have experience in warehouse, logistics or replenishment — ideally in retail or fashion.
• You're methodical, fast and efficient under pressure.
• You're comfortable with physical work and large volumes of product.
• You have a strong sense of organization and an eye for detail.
• You work well in a team and coordinate with the rest of the store.
• You're available on weekends and holidays.
• You speak Italian; English is a plus. THE ROLE
• Part-time position, 30 hours per week, immediate start.
• COLD Store Milan — Porta Ticinese.
• Rotating shifts according to store activity.
• Initial training and brand outfit included.
