What you'll do
• Assist Italian-speaking customers via phone and email.
• Help with car rental reservations, booking changes and cancellations.
• Provide information and solutions tailored to customers' travel needs.
• Deliver friendly, professional service and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Fluent Italian (C1 or higher) and good English skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
• No previous experience required – full training is provided
