Job Description
Join a dynamic and fast-paced logistics environment where operational excellence, leadership, and problem-solving drive success. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to play a key role in managing warehouse operations and supervising external service providers within a critical air cargo network.

Key Responsibilities
As part of our operations team, you will work within our warehouse facility, overseeing the handling and movement of air freight volumes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Leading and supervising a team of package loaders to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
• Monitoring the loading of containers and feeder vehicles to maintain the highest standards of quality and operational performance.
• Ensuring full compliance with UPS operational procedures, safety requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
• Managing and coordinating external service providers to guarantee service excellence and operational continuity.
• Preparing shift reports and operational documentation using UPS proprietary systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Identifying and resolving operational issues proactively while supporting continuous process improvement initiatives. Additional Responsibilities Depending on operational requirements, you may also be involved in:
• Customs discrepancy management and resolution.
• Load quality inspections and compliance checks.
• Ground feeder dispatch coordination and monitoring.
• Real-time operational decision-making to support network performance and service commitments. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a proactive and solutions-driven professional with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for operational excellence. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards. Working Schedule This position operates on a rotating shift pattern with bi-weekly AM/PM rotation:
• AM Shift: Approximately 04:30
- 08:30
• PM Shift: Approximately 18:30
