responsibilities:
1. Preventative/Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM): design and refine maintenance schedules to minimize unplanned downtime.2. Root Cause Analysis (RCA): lead investigations into equipment failures and implement permanent technical solutions to prevent recurrence.3. Life Cycle Management: evaluate the "health" of machinery and provide recommendations for overhauls, upgrades, or replacements.4. Troubleshooting

skills:
support for maintenance technicians on complex electrical, mechanical, or automation (PLC) issues.5. Project Management: oversee capital projects (CAPEX), including the installation and commissioning of new equipment.6. Compliance & Safety7. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Write and update technical manuals and safety protocols.8. Regulatory Alignment: Ensure all machinery meets local and federal safety standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO, or EHS requirements).
Main

requirements:
1. Data analysis, Problem solving, Lean techniques, Proficient in MS applications (Excel,Word,Powerpoint),2. Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineer3.
