For our Dr. Schär R&D Centre
- Pilot Plant in Trieste, located in Prosecco 29/B, Trieste, we are looking for a part-time team member to join our Research & Development team. Your responsibilities Support product development, research and innovation activities through experimental trials Plan and coordinate the use of the pilot plant Manage maintenance activities and provide technical oversight of machinery and equipment Manage materials, ingredients and warehouse stocks Prepare documentation and reports
Your profile
Experience as a baker, preferably in pilot plants or industrial bakery environments, with at least 3 years of professional experience, strong manual skills, and familiarity with equipment and machinery or Technical diploma in electrical engineering, electrotechnics, or mechatronics, with at least 3 years of professional experience, as well as an interest in the food industry and pilot plant testing activities Accuracy, hands-on mentality, and strong organisational skills Your benefits Global Mindset: Working in an international environment Perfect Start: An individual "Onboarding Program" and support from your buddy Growth: Dr. Schär Academy with a variety of training opportunities and language programs Food: An in-house canteen Flexibility: Life-phase-oriented work with flexible

Depending on the candidate's professional experience, qualifications, skills, and the scope of responsibilities required, the final compensation package may exceed this amount.
