• Be involved in a wide range of HR projects (e.g. Employer Reputation activities)
• Contribute to our success by taking over recruitment processes
• Screen CVs and identify suitable candidates based on hiring requirements, conduct screenings and interviews with hiring managers, manage job postings across internal and external recruitment platforms
• Coordinate training and workshop logistics and coordination
- including ordering materials, communicating with internal leaders, managing online communication tools, etc.
• Assist in organizing assessment centers, participate in career fairs, and recruitment initiatives.
• Support processes/operations of the respective Henkel team
• Comply with Henkel's internal guidelines, rules and regulations What makes you a good fit
• Master's Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any other related field
• Problem solving capabilities
• Team working spirit
• Excellent communication skills
• Good organizational and planning skills
