Your mission
• Coordinare l'installazione, la messa in servizio, i collaudi e le attività di retrofit dei siti di ricarica, contribuendo alla crescita e all'evoluzione della rete.
• Analizzare i dati operativi e gli indicatori di performance, contribuendo all'identificazione delle cause ricorrenti e all'implementazione di azioni correttive e preventive.
• Gestire le escalation operative e assicurare una comunicazione efficace tra clienti, fornitori e team interni per garantire elevati livelli di servizio.
• Monitorare le prestazioni delle infrastrutture di ricarica e degli asset energetici, supportando le attività di troubleshooting in caso di problematiche.
• Effettuare sopralluoghi tecnici e audit sul campo per verificare lo stato degli asset, promuovendo un miglioramento continuo
• Partecipare allo sviluppo e all'ottimizzazione dei processi operativi, favorendo l'eccellenza e la crescita della rete di ricarica.
• Effettuare sopralluoghi tecnici presso i siti della rete di ricarica, supportando attività di commissioning, retrofit, diagnostica e ottimizzazione delle prestazioni degli asset.

Your profile
• Laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica, Informatica o in un ambito tecnico equivalente.
• Prima esperienza professionale in ambito operations, field service, e-mobility, energia o in un contesto tecnico correlato.
• Forte interesse per le infrastrutture di ricarica per veicoli elettrici, i sistemi energetici e le tecnologie innovative.
• Solido approccio analitico, con capacità di comprendere e risolvere problematiche tecniche.
• Esperienza nell’utilizzo di strumenti di monitoraggio e nell’analisi di dati operativi; la conoscenza base di SQL costituisce un plus.
• Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office; rappresenta un vantaggio l’esperienza con Power BI, Databricks, Retool o strumenti analoghi.
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e buona capacità di comunicazione in inglese.
• Approccio proattivo, affidabile e orientato alla soluzione dei problemi, con un forte senso di responsabilità e ownership.
• Eccellenti capacità comunicative e di coordinamento, con attitudine a collaborare efficacemente con molteplici stakeholder. Why us?
