Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible.   Your role We are looking for a Production Manager that is responsible for the end‑to‑end management of a highly complex production area characterized by fast-paced operations, evolving processes, and a challenging, constantly changing work environment. This role ensures the effective execution of all departmental activities, leading large teams both hierarchically and functionally while maintaining high standards of performance, quality, and safety.  The role requires availability to work on shifts and to travel internationally when required.   Main

responsibilities:

¢ Management of industrial KPIs (HSE, costs, quality, service level)â€
¢ Management of improvement plansâ€
¢ Organization and optimization of the shift workforce.â€
¢ Ability to engage and guide staff functions towards department and plant objectivesâ€
¢ Collaborate with plant planning to develop industrial plansâ€
¢ Management of department versatilityâ€
¢ Department communication and involvementâ€
¢ Ability to collaborate effectively with plant union representatives Main

¢ Master's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or similarâ€
¢ At least 4 years of experience in highly complex management and technical production environmentsâ€
¢ Strong data analysis skillsâ€

¢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills   Salary Package: Annual Gross

Salary:
50.000 Eur –65 .000 Eur Performance Bonus: An additional Management by Objectives (MBO) bonus as percentage of the annual gross salary.
