An enduring Maternity Nurse appointment has arisen with a private family in Dubai, open to UK & European-trained clinicians. The appointment suits a measured maternity nurse who values patient relationships built over time. Care continues for as long as the appointment lasts, including trips to London and the Riviera, and each journey builds on the trust already established. You contract directly with the family, and we introduce and verify, nothing more. Requirements An experienced and registered maternity nurse holding current nursing registration in the UK or Europe. Applicants should offer 3 years of practice since qualifying, ideally in private settings. Your qualification must come from UK and European training and licensing structures. Clear, fluent English is needed, and an NDA applies from the first conversation. Your registration should be valid and confirmed directly with the register. We confirm your references and the findings are shared with you. Benefits Pay is fixed at £74,000 – £87,000, tax-free, reviewed as the tenure grows. Accommodation within the residence is provided throughout your tenure, and relocation is arranged by the family. Paid leave and flights to your home country are provided by the family, with a contract built for the long term. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
