A private family in Dubai is recruiting a UK & European-trained Maternity Nurse for a long-term, in-residence appointment. The maternity nurse appointment depends on exacting clinical standards, in a private setting where confidence matters. Whenever the family's plans take them from Dubai to Europe, the two maternity nurses remain the family's point of clinical contact. Medical Staff Talent's task ends at introduction and verification; the family, as employer, agrees terms with you directly. Requirements You must hold a nursing qualification and current registration, issued within the UK or Europe. 5 years of nursing practice is the minimum, assessed through references and a structured interview. Only clinicians trained and registered in the UK or Europe reach this maternity nurse shortlist, and we test it against the original certificates. Clear English at professional level is expected, and the NDA applies before, during and after the appointment. The maternity nurse must be willing to move between residences, and your newborn and maternal assessment routine must adapt without lowering standards. Benefits You will earn from €5,000 a month, gross. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Relocation is arranged by the family, and you live within the family's residence: the role is live-in and single-status. Contract stability is a feature of this post, so you can plan your life beyond Dubai. The family signs the employment contract with you directly, with every term agreed in writing. Medical insurance is covered; professional indemnity insurance is not included. Flights and travel are always paid for by the family. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
