· Processing orders, credits, loan kit queries, repair order requests
· Arranging returns and collections and handling proof of delivery and pricing requests
· Handling incoming e-mails and calls
· Proactively communicating with internal & external customers
· Investigating and resolving invoice disputes
· Logging and follow up of issue resolution and related communication back to the customer Education
• High School diploma or equivalent Preferred:
- Further education in a relevant discipline but not essential Experience Essential:
• 1 year in customer service, order management or contact center roles
• Develops rapport with colleagues and customers
• Can communicate proactively and professionally with Sales team members and Customers
• Ability to adapt to different types of people and situations to ensure positive outcomes
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, Internet Desirable:
• Basic ERP system knowledge
• Some experience in order management and contact centre roles
• Working level of English Competencies
• Customer focused
• Collaborative
• Strong internal drive and motivation to make a difference
• Positive, optimistic mindset and can-do attitude
• Enjoys taking personal responsibility for meeting commitments
• Acts with integrity Italy Pay Ranges:
• Italy: €25.300
- €42.300 EUR Annual At Stryker, we believe transparency helps candidates make confident decisions about their next career step. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for incentive compensation (such as bonus and/or commissions where applicable), along with Stryker’s comprehensive benefits package.
