Medical Staff Talent has been asked to introduce a hands-on sports physiotherapist to a private family in Dubai, the UAE. The appointment is permanent and live-in, with annual leave. Once in post, you travel continuously with the family across several countries. We are reviewing CVs from UK & European-trained physiotherapists in Pescara and across Italy who are open to relocation. Your brief is to keep active principals mobile, resilient and free of avoidable injury. Movement analysis and biomechanical assessment shape a clear injury-prevention plan. Mobility work, joint mobilisation and proprioception training carry that plan through the week. You treat one-to-one, at the residence and on the move, with real continuity of care. Requirements UK or European physiotherapy training, with registration current in the country where you qualified. Several years of sports or musculoskeletal practice with a strong manual therapy component. Work with professional clubs, national squads or elite athletes is a clear advantage. Comfortable designing injury-prevention, mobility and proprioception programmes. Able to start within six weeks, relocate alone and travel with the family at short notice. Fluent English, sound judgement and complete discretion under a strict NDA. Eligibility rests on UK or European training, not on nationality. Benefits From £60,000 a year gross, depending on experience. Accommodation is provided free of charge, in or beside the residence. Flights and travel are always paid for by the family. Medical insurance is covered; professional indemnity insurance is not included. Permanent employment with the family, with annual leave. Visas for travel abroad are arranged and paid for by the family. Time off and days off follow the family's diary, as is usual in private households. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Engagement essentials Live-in and single-status: the clinician relocates alone. Availability follows the family's diary, typically a six-day week with on-call cover. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
