As part of our Electro-Mechanical Engineering team, you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to the evolution of products used by customers around the world. What You'll Do
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting and improving our existing product portfolio while contributing to new engineering solutions that create value for both customers and the business. Your responsibilities will include:
• Designing and developing mechanical and electromechanical components and assemblies using 3D CAD tools (Creo preferred).
• Identifying opportunities to improve product performance, reliability, quality, and cost competitiveness.
• Developing innovative engineering solutions and validating designs through analysis, testing, and verification activities.
• Supporting manufacturing and quality teams in root cause investigations and implementation of corrective actions.
• Contributing to Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) initiatives to optimize production efficiency.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quality, Operations, Product Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales.
• Assessing customer feedback and business requirements to drive meaningful product enhancements.
• Managing assigned projects and engineering activities to ensure delivery against timing, quality, and cost objectives.
• Participating in customer visits and technical discussions to better understand real-world applications and user needs.
• Driving a culture of continuous improvement by challenging existing solutions and proposing better ways of working. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical product design and development.
• Proven experience using 3D CAD software (Creo preferred).
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
• Experience working in cross-functional engineering and manufacturing environments.
• Availability for occasional travel (up to 5%). Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with electromechanical products.
• Knowledge of Product Data Management (PDM) systems.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with product validation, reliability testing, and failure analysis techniques. Key Skills Technical Skills
