Your tasks:

  • Take full ownership of the country business, including P&L responsibility, driving profitable growth, market share, and sustainable business performance.
  • Develop and execute the local business strategy in alignment with the European growth strategy and corporate objectives.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across customer segments, sales channels, and market applications.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing local team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive talent acquisition, employee development, succession planning, and change management initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key customers, partners, wholesalers, architects, investors, planners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Ensure commercial excellence by strengthening customer acquisition, retention, and long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee all operational activities, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
  • Continuously improve business processes to enhance operational efficiency, quality standards, and audit compliance.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments to identify growth opportunities and strengthen market position.
  • Deliver transparent business reporting and collaborate closely with European leadership, headquarters, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at customer events, industry associations, and relevant business forums.

Your profile:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 7–10 years of leadership experience in B2B sales, ideally with full P&L responsibility.
  • Proven success in business development, market share growth, and leading profitable commercial organizations.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse, high-performing teams in an international environment.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving business performance.
  • Solid understanding of digital business models and basic technical knowledge.
  • Analytical, data-driven, and decisive with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with high levels of integrity and empathy.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and capable of leading organizations through transformation and change.
  • Strong intercultural competence and the ability to collaborate effectively across international teams.
  • Fluent in English and the local language; German is considered an advantage.
  • Proficient in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
