Suisio (BG) Grade: 4 Worker Type: Employee – Full Time Role Purpose The Production Engineer supports the Air Cooler production department by developing, optimizing and stabilizing production methods, equipment and workflows. The role ensures that Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost targets are consistently met, while acting as a technical interface between R&D, factories, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Continuous Improvement Collaborate with factories to identify, propose and lead improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost performance. Production Flow Design Develop, design and implement efficient production flows, methods and layouts for Air Cooler manufacturing. SOP Development Support the creation, standardization and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the production area. Project Participation Act as Team Member or Project Manager in assigned improvement or development projects, ensuring timely and effective execution. R&D Interface Ensure alignment between R&D and factory teams during product development phases, supporting industrialization and manufacturability. Technical Support Provide technical assistance to production teams, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to problem‑solving activities. Documentation & Compliance Support documentation activities related to production processes, equipment, and compliance with internal and external standards. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Energy, or Civil Engineering. 3–5 years of experience in production engineering or similar roles. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial equipment. Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects. Proficiency in English, written and spoken. Solid problem‑solving skills and a proactive mindset. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
