The Head of Function Project Execution Complex Projects is responsible for managing and developing the Project Execution organization dedicated to complex hydropower service, rehabilitation and modernization projects. The position leads a team of approximately 5-7 Project Managers and Project Execution professionals while maintaining direct responsibility for selected strategic and complex projects. The role ensures the successful delivery of projects in terms of safety, quality, schedule, cost, profitability and customer satisfaction, both through effective leadership of the project portfolio and through direct project management activities. The position drives business performance, supports strategic growth, develops talent and promotes execution excellence across the organization

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead, develop and coach a team of approximately 5-7 Project Managers and Project Execution professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement and execution excellence.
• Ensure the safe, profitable and timely execution of the assigned portfolio of complex hydropower service, rehabilitation and modernization projects.
• Maintain direct responsibility for selected strategic, complex or high-risk projects, acting as Project Manager and ensuring achievement of contractual, technical, financial and customer requirements.
• Drive project governance through regular project reviews, risk and opportunity management, escalation management and implementation of corrective actions.
• Ensure achievement of project financial targets, including revenue, profitability, cash flow, cost control and forecasting accuracy.
• Optimize resource allocation and workload balancing across the project portfolio, ensuring effective utilization of internal and external resources.
• Support Project Managers in the resolution of complex technical, contractual, commercial and organizational challenges.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as escalation point for key customers and supporting the successful resolution of critical issues.
• Promote compliance with corporate policies, contractual obligations, quality standards, environmental requirements and EHS regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, lessons learned processes and best-practice sharing across projects and functions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Site Management and other business functions to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Contribute to business growth by supporting bid reviews, execution strategies, project risk assessments and resource planning activities.
• Develop succession plans, competency development programs and talent growth initiatives within the Project Execution organization TECHNICAL SKILLS (knowledge)

External Customers and Customer Project Teams; Plant Owners and Operators; Consultants and Owner's Engineers; Consortium Partners and Subcontractors; Suppliers and Service Providers SCHOOL EDUCATION Minimum Technical secondary education or equivalent qualification, combined with significant experience in project execution, project management or industrial operations. Desirable Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field. Equivalent experience in the hydropower, energy or industrial sectors will be considered in lieu of formal academic qualifications. EXPERIENCE Experience Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in Project Management, Project Execution, Site Management or comparable leadership roles in industrial project businesses. Proven experience in managing complex projects with full responsibility for scope, schedule, cost, risk and customer satisfaction. Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating resources across multiple projects is required. Previous experience in people management, portfolio management and customer-facing roles is considered a strong asset. Target Companies and Industries Hydropower industry preferred, including service, rehabilitation, modernization and new-build projects. Experience in the energy, power generation, industrial equipment, EPC, infrastructure or equivalent project-driven industries will also be considered. Strong understanding of project execution, contractual management and customer-oriented business environments is required. OTHER REQUISITES
• Valid driving license.
• Valid passport and eligibility for international business travel.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
• Availability for business travel representing approximately 20% of annual working time, including visits to customers, project sites and company locations worldwide.
