KPMG Advisory offre servizi di consulenza alle imprese per affiancarle nella trasformazione del business model, nel miglioramento e nella digitalizzazione dei processi, nell'analisi e nella gestione dei rischi, nonché supporto nelle operazioni di finanza straordinaria.   Entrando a far parte del Team Enterprise Platform di Milano, sarai coinvolta/o nell'implementazione della piattaforma SAP presso i nostri clienti: imparerai ad analizzare come funzionano i processi aziendali e a tradurli in soluzioni digitali, affiancando colleghe e colleghi più esperti in ogni fase del progetto.   Nello specifico ti occuperai di:
* Partecipare a incontri e interviste con le diverse aree aziendali del cliente per capire come lavorano e cosa serve loro (analisi dei requisiti)
* Contribuire a disegnare la soluzione più adatta per il cliente, utilizzando le funzionalità standard di SAP o configurazioni su misura
* Aiutare a redigere la documentazione che descrive come funzionerà la soluzione, sia dal punto di vista tecnico che di processo
* Supportare i test della soluzione, sia internamente sia insieme agli utenti che la useranno
* Contribuire alla formazione degli utenti finali, spiegando loro come utilizzare la nuova soluzione
* Affiancare il team di progetto nella fase finale, quando la soluzione viene attivata (rilascio)   Sarai coinvolta/o su progetti sia nazionali che internazionali, collaborando con professionisti altamente qualificati e lavorando a stretto contatto con i nostri clienti del Consumer and Industrial Market, inclusi i settori Retail, Food & Drink, Consumer Products, Industrial and Manufacturing e Automotive.   Come As You Are – Le tue competenze e caratteristiche   Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se:
* Hai un percorso accademico in Economia, Management, Ingegneria Gestionale o Informatica
* Hai motivazione a intraprendere un percorso di consulenza sui processi aziendali e sui sistemi informativi, anche senza esperienza pregressa in ambito SAP
* Hai un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, meglio se avvalorata da un'esperienza di studio e/o lavoro all'estero
* Hai un'ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office
* Possiedi una buona padronanza della lingua inglese e attitudine al lavoro in team

* Take part in meetings and interviews with the client's different business areas to understand how they work and what they need (requirements analysis)
* Contribute to designing the most suitable solution for the client, using SAP's standard functionalities or tailored configurations
* Help draft the documentation describing how the solution will work, both from a technical and a process perspective
* Support testing of the solution, both internally and together with the users who will use it
* Contribute to training end users, explaining how to use the new solution
* Work alongside the project team in the final phase, when the solution goes live (release)   You will be involved in both national and international projects, working alongside highly qualified professionals and collaborating closely with our clients in the Consumer and Industrial Market, including sectors such as Retail, Food & Drink, Consumer Products, Industrial and Manufacturing, and Automotive.   Come As You Are – Your Skills and Attributes   This opportunity is right for you if:

The salary is determined on the basis of objective criteria, including educational qualifications and an assessment of the candidate's profile against the requirements of the role.
