- unlimited Your contribution to the energy transition As our EPC Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing utility-scale solar power projects throughout the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) phase. You will take ownership of projects during the final stages of development and lead them through to Commercial Operation Date (COD). The role encompasses all key project management activities, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and close-out, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with the required quality standards. You will work closely with and coordinate cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction, HSE, Legal, Finance, Administration, and Operations & Maintenance (O&M), to ensure successful project delivery. This position reports to the Project Manager Lead in Italy. The work location can be based in either Milan or Verona. You can look forward to the following tasks: Apply project management best practices, methodologies, and standards throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful project delivery Support and take ownership of utility-scale PV projects during the final stages of development. Assess project budgets, schedules, risks, and overall feasibility before projects enter the EPC phase Manage internal approval processes throughout the project lifecycle and ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close out EPC projects in accordance with company standards and project objectives Take full responsibility for project scope, budget, schedule, and quality performance throughout the EPC phase Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, including Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction, and Commissioning resources Coordinate and align activities with supporting departments such as HSE, Legal, Finance, Administration, Human Resources, Development, and Corporate Quality Manage interfaces with external stakeholders, including customers, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and regulatory authorities Ensure effective communication and reporting among all project stakeholders during project execution Coordinate the successful handover of completed projects to the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team and the customer, ensuring all contractual and technical requirements are met Oversee health, safety, environmental, and quality performance throughout the project lifecycle Ensure compliance with all applicable HSE legislation, regulations, permits, and company policies Ensure project governance is maintained in accordance with company procedures, contractual obligations, and applicable laws Proactively identify, assess, mitigate, and manage project risks and opportunities Provide regular and accurate project status reports to middle and senior management, and participate in steering committee meetings to support decision-making and issue escalation Define and implement the project execution strategy in coordination with management and relevant departments to maximize project success Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors, supported by the project team where necessary Take timely corrective actions and provide leadership when issues arise that may impact the project's critical path, schedule, cost, or quality objectives Ensure customer, supplier, and subcontractor contracts are executed throughout the project lifecycle Your energy is required You impress us with these

qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Energy, or equivalent) or Business with strong technical exposure Minimum of 2 years of experience in EPC project management, preferably involving utility-scale PV projects in Italy Experience working with EPC contracts and subcontractor management Knowledge of Italian permitting, grid connection, and regulatory requirements for renewable energy projects Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent. In MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, Power Point Strong motivation and willingness to take a hands-on approach to addressing challenges and resolving issues during project execution Solid technical understanding of photovoltaic (PV) technology and utility-scale solar projects Results-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to effectively engage and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken Availability to travel frequently within Italy to visit projects regularly Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and problem-solving attitude Valid driver’s license PMP®, PRINCE2®, or equivalent project management certification (preferred but not required) You have more to offer?
