GVS is looking for a Junior Global Key Account Manager to join its Energy & Mobility Division. Based at the Group Headquarters in Zola Predosa (Bologna, Italy), the successful candidate will support the development of business opportunities and customer relationships by combining technical expertise with a commercial mindset. Working closely with customers, Engineering, Product Development, and Operations teams, the role will focus on identifying filtration solutions for Energy & Mobility applications and supporting the entire project lifecycle, from opportunity development to industrialization.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the development and management of customer relationships within the Energy & Mobility filtration business.
• Collaborate with customers to understand technical requirements, application needs, and product performance expectations.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through a consultative and solution-oriented approach.
• Provide technical support during product selection, feasibility assessments, and project development phases.
• Analyze market trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs to identify new applications for GVS filtration solutions.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Act as the primary interface between customers and internal functions, ensuring alignment on technical specifications, project timelines, and deliverables.
• Work closely with Engineering, R&D, Product Management, and Operations teams to support the development of customized filtration solutions.
• Support validation and industrialization activities by coordinating customer requirements with internal technical teams.
• Assist in managing technical inquiries, quality issues, product changes, and customer claims.
• Participate in customer visits, technical reviews, trade shows, and industry events. Requirements
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering.
• Comfortable with numbers and a strong interest in technical subject matter
• Previous experience, including internships or early-career roles, in technical sales, application engineering, product engineering, customer engineering, or business development is considered a plus.
• Interest in automotive, energy storage, e-mobility, fuel cell, filtration, industrial components, or advanced materials sectors. .
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Availability for international travel (approximately 30% of working time). Personal Skills

• Resilience, adaptability, and determination in achieving objectives. The annual compensation range for this position is €25,000 to €35,000, with additional benefits such as a variable bonus. This compensation range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including the scope of the role, required skills, relevant professional experience, qualifications, and level of responsibility.
