We are looking for a motivated and business-oriented Legal Specialist to join our Legal & Corporate Governance team in Milano. The successful candidate will support the business on a wide range of legal matters, with a particular focus on commercial contracts, corporate governance, compliance, and project-related activities. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to international energy and infrastructure projects in a fast-growing and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, including NDAs, supply agreements, service agreements and consultancy contracts.
• Support procurement, commercial and project teams in contractual negotiations.
• Assist in identifying and managing contractual risks.
• Maintain contract templates and legal documentation.
• Support corporate governance activities for Italian and international entities.
• Assist with board, shareholder and corporate documentation.
• Support compliance initiatives, internal policies and legal procedures.
• Coordinate with external legal advisors when required.
• Provide day-to-day legal support to internal stakeholders.
• Conduct legal research and prepare internal legal memoranda.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal processes and contract management practices.

Qualifications:
• Degree in Law.
• 2-3 years of experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law.
• Excellent written and spoken Italian and English.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and international environment. Nice to Have:
• Admission to the Italian Bar Association.
• Experience in the energy, infrastructure, industrial or construction sectors.
• Exposure to EPC contracts, procurement agreements or project-related contracts.
