Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role, based in one of our locations in italy, Rome, Cabtu' or Bergamo, focusing on cruise and land-based projects. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, monitoring progress, managing documentation, and handling expediting activities to keep materials and services flowing efficiently. The role also involves supervising inspections, resolving project issues, optimizing logistics, and maintaining clear, consistent communication with stakeholders. The Project Manager will support junior project managers, promote best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement across projects. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, budgeting, and stakeholder communication. Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage orders, track materials, and ensure timely delivery to project sites. Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify quality, compliance with specifications, and adherence to safety standards. Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to organize transport, warehousing, and scheduling of resources for cruise and land-based projects. Relevant experience in construction, maritime, hospitality, or cruise industry projects is beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, project management, or a related field is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail. Proficiency in project management software and standard office applications. Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
