thisandco is an independent creative agency based in Turin, working with brands in Italy and internationally across strategy, social media, content, creators, community and creative direction.
We’re looking for a Senior Account & Project Manager to join our team and take the lead on client relationships and creative projects, from brief to delivery. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who knows how to manage clients, people and projects with clarity and confidence, and has a strong understanding of social media and today’s communication landscape. You’ll work closely with our clients and internal teams, making sure everyone is aligned, projects move forward and the quality of the work stays high.

What You'll Do
• Manage and build strong relationships with key clients.
• Lead projects from brief to final delivery.
• Understand client needs and turn them into clear briefs and priorities for the team.
• Be the main connection between clients and our creative, strategy, social and production teams.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, project updates and feedback rounds.
• Manage timelines, budgets, scopes, resources and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Oversee social media projects and deliverables, working closely with social, creative and content teams.
• Keep projects moving, anticipating problems and finding solutions before they become blockers.
• Coordinate internal teams, freelancers, suppliers and production partners.
• Make sure expectations are clear on both the client and team side.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop longer-term relationships.
• Support pitches, proposals and new business opportunities.
• Help us improve the way we manage clients and projects as the agency grows. We are looking for:
• 5+ years of relevant experience in account management, project management or client services, ideally within a creative, social, branding or communication agency.
• Proven experience working on social media projects and strategies, with a strong understanding of platforms, content and social-first communication.
• Experience managing both complex projects and important client relationships.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• A solid understanding of creative processes and how multidisciplinary teams work.
• Confidence managing scopes, budgets, timelines and resources.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Good judgement and the ability to make decisions when priorities change.
• A proactive, practical and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Someone who takes ownership, follows through and doesn’t need to be chased.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English and Italian are required.
• Based in, or able to work hybrid from, Turin.
• High flexibility and availability to travel, both within Italy and internationally, are required.
