With a more than 8,000 employees across 30 nationalities, 4 manufacturing sites, 4 R&D centers and a commercial presence spanning 160 countries in 5 continents, the Company is the trusted partner for everyone who demands high-quality industrial tyres with a special focus on performance and sustainability Role Description As Business Development Services Intern, you will join the Services Team, supporting the global development and adoption of Prometeon’s digital services portfolio. This internship offers hands-on experience in a multinational environment, working closely with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Digital Product Owner in daily operations and project activities.
• Prepare reports and presentations on service adoption and performance for senior management.
• Conduct benchmarking analysis on competitor strategies and offerings.
• Collaborate with the software development team and other internal functions.
• Act as a liaison with regional Business Development Managers to address requests and issues related to digital services. What We’re Looking For
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Business Intelligence tools (Oracle BI, Power BI) is a plus.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are an advantage.
• Previous experience in business analysis or development support will be considered a plus.
