Role Description Pharmatec is looking for an experienced HSE Specialist to support a long-term project in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) regulations and standards.
• Monitor HSE activities on site and identify potential risks.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Support the implementation of HSE procedures and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project teams and contractors to promote a strong safety culture.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in an HSE role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry.
• Good knowledge of Italian HSE legislation and workplace safety regulations.
• Experience in construction or industrial project environments is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Availability to work as a freelancer with P.
IVA.
• Fluent Italian (C2 level) is required, both written and spoken, to ensure effective communication on site and compliance with local HSE regulations. 📍
