We are committed to developing cutting-edge solutions that help students achieve their academic goals. 🎯 About this role As HR Generalist at Docsity, you will lead and evolve our established HR function across Docsity and the other companies of our group. This is a hands-on role combining recruitment, HR administration and contract management, and internal stakeholder management. You will mainly: Recruitment
• Manage hiring processes end to end across all group companies, from defining job profiles and sourcing to interviews, offers and contract signing
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for both employees and freelancers
• Continuously optimize and automate recruitment workflows HR administration & contract management
• Manage the full contract lifecycle for employees, freelancers and suppliers, from drafting and negotiation to renewals, amendments and terminations
• Act as the main contact for external payroll and labor consultants
• Maintain HR records and tracking tools for contracts, deadlines, leave and absences, providing regular reporting to management
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, from documentation to access and equipment Internal stakeholder management
• Act as the main HR point of contact for leadership, managers and teams across group companies
• Partner with leadership to define organizational and hiring needs, headcount planning, roles and growth paths
• Advise managers on all HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance issues and sensitive cases
• Support performance management cycles, goal setting and employee development Compliance & culture
• Oversee health & safety obligations, including mandatory training
• Own internal HR communications and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture 🏆 Ideal Candidate
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (C1+)
• Master's degree, preferably in Work and Organizational Psychology or a related field
• Proven experience in an HR generalist or People & Culture role, ideally in a fast-paced tech or edtech environment
• Solid knowledge of Italian labor law and HR compliance
• Hands-on experience across recruiting, onboarding, performance management and HR operations
• The ability to work autonomously and manage multiple stakeholders and priorities at once
