About the Role
We are looking for a Commercial Components Buyer to join our Purchasing team. The successful candidate will support the procurement of commercial components, ensuring the timely availability of materials required for production while maintaining cost competitiveness, quality standards, and supplier performance. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with initial experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Procurement to further develop their expertise within a dynamic international environment. The position is a fixed-term maternity replacement contract.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the procurement process for assigned commercial components and suppliers.
• Issue and monitor purchase orders, ensuring timely deliveries and alignment with production requirements.
• Support supplier relationship management, including performance monitoring and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Planning, Production, Engineering, Logistics, and Quality teams to ensure material availability and supply continuity.
• Analyze purchasing data, supplier performance, lead times, and inventory levels to identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in supplier scouting and qualification activities.
• Contribute to cost reduction and process optimization initiatives.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date information within the ERP system.
• Support negotiations related to pricing, delivery terms, and service levels under the guidance of senior buyers. What You Need to Be Successful Education
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related fields. Experience
• Previous experience (approximately 1-3 years) in Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Planning roles.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment will be considered a plus. Technical Skills
• Good knowledge of Supply Chain and Purchasing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP knowledge is considered an advantage).
• Analytical mindset and ability to work with data. Soft Skills

• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines;
• Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach;
• Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills;

• Compensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR 34.000, in line with experience. The actual offer may exceed this minimum based on the candidate's qualifications and fit for the role;
