Spacebility is looking for a motivated, proactive and digitally savvy Junior Property Manager Intern to join our Front Office & Guest Experience Team in Cagliari This isn't just a traditional front-desk internship. By combining technology, personalised guest experiences and efficient property operations, we're reimagining the way people stay, live and work away from home. 💼 What You'll Be Doing As part of our Front Office Team, you'll be actively involved in the daily management of our properties and guest experience operations. ✨ Guest Experience & Communication
- Welcome and assist international guests through digital communication channels.
- Manage guest enquiries, requests and booking-related communications.
- Coordinate online check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.
- Deliver friendly, efficient and solution-oriented customer service. 🏡 Property Operations
- Support the day-to-day management of our accommodation portfolio.
- Coordinate with housekeeping teams to ensure properties are guest-ready.
- Monitor cleaning schedules, room readiness and maintenance requirements.
- Liaise with external suppliers and service providers. 💻 Digital Property Management
- Work with property management systems, booking platforms and digital communication tools.
- Assist with reservations, property listings and administrative activities.
- Help improve operational workflows and the overall guest journey. 🎯 Who We're Looking For We're more interested in your attitude, potential and willingness to learn than in an impressive CV. You'll be a great fit if you:

- 📚 Are studying or have recently studied Tourism, Hospitality, Business, Real Estate or a related discipline — although this is not mandatory. Previous experience in hospitality or property management is welcome, but not required. ⏰ Working Arrangements This is a part-time internship with a hybrid working arrangement, based in Cagliari.
- Rotating shifts: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM or 4:00 PM–11:00 PM.
- Weekend availability is essential, including Saturdays and Sundays according to the agreed schedule.
- A combination of on-site activities and remote digital guest support.
