WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Own the reliability and quality of service of our GCP production environment
• Build AI-native observability: agents and tooling that surface, diagnose and resolve issues before customers notice them
• Design and build AI-driven automation for recurring Ops work: deploys, access provisioning, incident response
• Turn manual operational steps into agents and workflows that run themselves
• Report to our senior CIO, and take on more strategy, vendor and budget ownership as you grow into it 🔍 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Solid hands-on GCP experience at production scale (IAM, Cloud Run/GKE, networking)
• Real experience automating operational work with AI/LLM tooling. We mean building agents and workflows, not just using AI tools
• Fast ramp-up on Claude Code or similar agentic dev tooling
• Curiosity and drive. Capability and learning speed matter more to us than years of tenure
• Fluent English 🌟 WHY THIS ROLE It's a hands-on role with a clear growth path and you'll shape how an AI-native Ops function works from the start. 📍 LOCATION Rome or hybrid (CET). 💰 COMPENSATION €55–70K + bonus 📩 INTERESTED?
