• Core activities. You will deliver complex technical work across cloud/DevOps and middleware, while coordinating and governing small technical workstreams with oversight. You will plan and track activities, manage dependencies and risks, anticipate issues, and communicate solutions clearly. You will build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and collaborate with Reply engineering and operations teams.
• Tech & tools stack. Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, IBM Cloud); Kubernetes (AKS, OpenShift, multi-cluster); Docker; Linux; Jenkins, GitLab, Backstage and Argo CD; Prometheus, Grafana and Elastic/EFK; Python, Go, Bash and Ansible; WebSphere, Tomcat, WildFly, TIBCO ESB, IAM (ISIM/ISVD/SDS) and DB2.
• Mentoring, collaboration, and continuous growth. You will work with Reply infrastructure, Cloud/DevOps and middleware teams, application teams, operations and client technical stakeholders. The role includes regular client interaction, clear progress and risk communication, and building effective working relationships.

The compensation package will be determined based on your professional background, technical skills, expertise, and the level of responsibility associated with the role. The collective labour agreement (CCNL) mainly applied within Reply is the Italian Metalworking Industry Agreement (Metalmeccanico). The job classification will be assessed starting from level B2, and the gross annual salary (RAL) will range from €34,000 to €49,000.

• Academic background. Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Technical & strategic skills. 3+ years of strong hands-on expertise in at least one relevant area: cloud/Kubernetes/DevOps or enterprise middleware/IAM. Able to deliver complex work autonomously, coordinate a small technical workstream with oversight, manage priorities and dependencies, anticipate issues, communicate proactively with stakeholders, and build client relationships.
• Soft skills. Client orientation, clear and proactive communication, ownership, collaboration, sound prioritisation, problem solving, initiative and knowledge sharing.
• Nice to have. OCI/OKE; APISIX, Keycloak or ActiveMQ Artemis; CKA or cloud, ITIL/SRE certifications.
