About Fueguia 1833
Fueguia 1833 is a perfume laboratory, an artistic and ethnobotanical project founded in Buenos Aires, inspired by exploration, nature, and craftsmanship. Renowned worldwide for its unique creations and dedication to excellence, Fueguia creates an immersive olfactory experience through limited-edition perfumes composed with rare and high-quality ingredients of vegetal origin. Our Galleries are more than exhibition spaces: they are places where perfume, culture, storytelling and human connection come together. Each Client is invited to discover the world of Fueguia through a highly personal and sensorial experience. For our Milan Gallery, we are looking for a Gallery Advisor who will become an authentic Fueguia Ambassador, representing the project and creating meaningful relationships with our Clients.
The Role
As a Gallery Advisor, you will be at the heart of the Fueguia experience. You will welcome Clients into our world, understand their needs and interests, guide them through our olfactory universe and create a personalized journey that goes beyond the simple act of purchasing a perfume.
Working closely with the Gallery Manager and the team, you will contribute to the achievement of the Gallery's commercial objectives while protecting and enhancing the distinctive identity and experience of Fueguia.
We are looking for someone who combines a genuine passion for perfume, culture and craftsmanship with a strong client and commercial mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience
• Deliver an exceptional and personalised client experience.
• Act as a Fueguia Ambassador, sharing the brand story and values.
• Guide clients through fragrance discovery and build long-term relationships.
• Maintain CRM records and support client loyalty and development. Sales Performance
• Achieve individual and gallery sales targets.
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable products.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to team success. Gallery & Team
• Maintain impeccable gallery standards and visual merchandising.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support the Gallery Manager.
• Participate in client events and community-building activities. Operations
• Support daily gallery operations, opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with stock management, inventory and replenishment.
• Follow company policies and ensure a safe, organised environment. Who We Are Looking For
• 2+ years' experience in luxury retail, beauty, fragrance, fashion or premium hospitality.
• Passion for perfume, culture, craftsmanship and storytelling.
• Strong client focus with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial mindset with a drive to achieve results.
• Ability to deliver engaging client experiences through product knowledge.
• High professionalism, attention to detail and personal presentation.
• Proactive, adaptable team player in an international environment.
• Experience with CRM and clienteling tools is a plus. Languages Italian and English: fluent / required. Spanish, Arabic, Chinese or other languages are considered a plus.
What We Offer
• Gross annual salary (RAL €23,000–€30,000), depending on experience and meal vouchers.
• Deep and structured training in the world of Fueguia and perfume creation, developing a strong knowledge of perfumes, raw materials, olfactory culture, Fueguia's history, philosophy and distinctive approach to creation.
• Continuous learning and development opportunities to strengthen both perfume expertise and Client Advisory skills.

• A highly client-focused and entrepreneurial environment where individual contribution can make a visible impact. Contract & Working Schedule Contract: Full-Time, Fixed-Term Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with rotating shifts. Weekend availability required.
