Senior Buyer Menswear EMEA TOM FORD fashion is looking for a Senior Menswear Buyer, EMEA that plays a key role in developing and executing the regional buying and merchandising strategy for TOM FORD FASHION, with focus on Menswear Ready-to-Wear and Tailoring in particular. The position requires extensive expertise in luxury Menswear, with an in-depth understanding of tailoring construction, fabrics, fits, silhouettes and craftsmanship, reflecting TOM FORD's distinctive sartorial identity. The role combines strong product knowledge, commercial awareness and analytical capabilities to develop successful assortments, optimize business performance and support the growth of the Menswear category across the EMEA retail network. KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Menswear & Tailoring Expertise: Apply in-depth knowledge of luxury Menswear, Tailoring, fabrics, fits and garment construction.
• Buying & Assortment Planning: Support seasonal buying activities, assortment planning, budgets and category investments across EMEA, with a focus on Tailoring.
• Sales Analysis & Commercial Performance: Monitor sales, sell-through, stock levels and retail KPIs to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
• Retail Coordination & Product Training: Support EMEA retail teams through product training, collection presentations and coordination with central functions.
• Category Development & Commercial Ownership: Monitor market trends and customer preferences, identify growth opportunities and manage assigned buying activities. KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
• Extensive experience in luxury Menswear buying and merchandising.
• Expert knowledge of Tailoring, including fabrics, garment construction, fits, silhouettes and craftsmanship.
• Strong commercial awareness, analytical capabilities and product sensitivity.
• Excellent understanding of luxury retail dynamics and customer expectations.
• Strong communication, presentation and product training skills.
• Ability to independently manage buying activities and collaborate with international teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, organized and results-oriented approach. POSITION OBJECTIVES
• Strengthen TOM FORD's positioning and commercial performance in luxury Menswear and Tailoring.
• Develop commercially successful, brand-aligned assortments across the EMEA retail network.
• Maximize sales performance, full-price sell-through and inventory efficiency.
• Enhance retail teams' product expertise through dedicated in-store Contract type: Permanent contract Salary range: €40.000 – €50.000 gross per year
