🎯 The Role
We are seeking two senior Technical Program Managers (Level 8) to own the Sales Cloud release train for distinct lanes – Standard/Fast and Major/Strategic. Working remotely from any LATAM country , each TPM will be the single point of accountability for the end‑to‑end release cadence, coordination across cross‑functional teams , and delivery of production‑ready Salesforce releases. This role reports to the Release Management leadership and partners closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Quality Engineering, Business Operations, and external vendors.
📋
Key Responsibilities
• Own the complete release calendar and lane cadence, from intake through post‑release follow‑up.
• Define and enforce readiness gates, scope, go/no‑go decisions, and release sign‑off criteria.
• Build and maintain an integrated multi‑team delivery plan that aligns product, integration, data, and platform work with business commitments. Manage risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and decisions (RAID), driving mitigation and timely escalation. Coordinate environment readiness across development, QA, integration, UAT, and production sandboxes.
• Facilitate consensus and trade‑off decisions across technical and business stakeholders without direct authority.
• Produce and maintain clear governance artifacts: status reports, RAG indicators, dependency maps, decision logs, and release dashboards.
• Communicate issues early, presenting actionable options to senior leadership. Lead retrospectives and leverage delivery metrics to continuously improve predictability, dependency resolution, and decision cycle time. ✅ Job Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of experience in technical program or project management, with a proven track record of leading large, multi‑team technology deliveries.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce platform release management, including experience with release trains, sandbox management, and production deployments. Strong understanding of system integrations, data flows, and environment orchestration in complex enterprise settings.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and to communicate effectively with senior technical and business leaders.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher) – both written and spoken. Experience working in a remote, distributed environment and collaborating across time zones. 💡 Preferred Skills
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer, Release Management). Agile and SAFe program management certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe Program Consultant).
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and other Agile planning tools. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Experience with data‑centric platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery) and integration middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
• Strong analytical and reporting skills using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
