• PhD (or equivalent) in Medicine, Biomedicine, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Bioengineering or a related field, ideally with a CMD focus.
• 5+ years of post-PhD experience in life science innovation, for example in VC, a tech transfer office, an accelerator, or pharma/biotech R&D.
• Solid understanding of drug discovery and development, and/or experience commercialising research.
• Experience with scientific due diligence and with research intelligence databases.
• Project management experience, ideally taking drug discovery projects toward IND-enabling stage.
• Fluent English and Italian.
• A structured, entrepreneurial thinker and strong communicator who is comfortable owning work in a fast-moving environment. Nice to have: a network across the public and private sectors.
