Finance Business Analyst

Would you like to start a new professional adventure as a Benefits Realization Analyst in one of our opportunities in the consulting and business transformation industry in Italy? 👉 Your missions?
• Build and maintain structured, auditable business and financial models to support benefits and value quantification.
• Define KPIs, baselines, targets, and monetization parameters in collaboration with Portfolio, Finance, and Business Owners.
• Develop Benefits Realization frameworks covering baseline definition, target setting, tracking, and realized value analysis.
• Create forecasting, scenario, and variance analysis models to assess value delivery across initiatives.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for executive-level reporting and decision-making.
• Standardize benefit measurement methodologies, governance principles, and reporting cadence across initiatives.
• Align Benefits Realization tracking with Value Attribution methods, including incremental value assessment and double-counting prevention.
• Translate complex business and financial data into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders. ✍️

Your profile
?
• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in business modelling, benefits realization, value quantification, or financial analysis.
• Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, forecasting, scenario modelling, variance analysis, KPI definition, baseline setting, and value attribution methodologies.
• Italian and English fluent.
• Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with Portfolio, Finance, Business, and project teams in a dynamic environment. Nice to have:
• Previous experience in portfolio management, executive reporting, or large-scale transformation initiatives would be a plus. ✨ What do
