About viteSicure
viteSicure is building the digital distribution infrastructure for financial protection.
We started by rethinking how people buy protection, making the experience simple, immediate and self-service.
Today, our proprietary, carrier-agnostic platform powers direct-to-consumer, B2B2C and embedded distribution, integrating technology, product, compliance and operations across the insurance value chain.
The model is proven. The next phase is scale.
Since launch, viteSicure has sold more than 15,000 policies and built a recurring portfolio of long-term insurance contracts. We are now expanding through new products, strategic partnerships, embedded distribution and AI-powered customer journeys.
Our ambition is to evolve from an Italian digital protection distributor into a European protection distribution platform.
The opportunity
We are looking for an exceptional Founder’s Associate to work directly with our Founder & CEO and the leadership team on some of viteSicure’s most important strategic and operational priorities.
This is not a traditional junior analyst position and it is not a support role.
You will work across strategy, operations, finance, growth and partnerships, helping us solve complex problems, make better decisions and turn those decisions into execution.
The scope will evolve with the company and with your capabilities.
If you are looking for a highly structured role with narrowly defined responsibilities, this is probably not the right position.
If you want to understand how a company is built and scaled by working directly on its most important problems, it might be.
What you will work on
Your projects may include:
• evaluating new markets, products and distribution opportunities;
• building business cases and financial models for strategic initiatives;
• analysing company performance, KPIs, unit economics and customer funnels;
• supporting the development and launch of B2B2C and embedded partnerships;
• working on strategic planning, budgeting and management reporting;
• identifying operational bottlenecks and designing more effective processes;
• conducting market, competitive and investment analysis;
• preparing decision-making materials for management, Board and investors;
• supporting selected fundraising and corporate development initiatives;
• working with Product and Tech on AI, automation and new digital customer journeys;
• taking ownership of cross-functional projects from analysis through execution. You will frequently start with an ambiguous question rather than a predefined task. Your job will be to structure the problem, identify what matters, find the evidence, form a recommendation and help make it happen. Who we are looking for We care more about potential, intellectual curiosity and ownership than about a specific career path. You may be a recent graduate or have up to 2–3 years of experience in areas such as:
• strategy consulting;
• venture capital or private equity;
• investment banking or corporate finance;
• corporate strategy or business development;
• business operations;
• high-growth startups or scale-ups. We are looking for someone with:
• an excellent academic background in Economics, Finance, Management, Engineering, Data or another rigorous discipline;
• outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills;
• confidence working with numbers, Excel and business models;
• the ability to structure complex and initially ambiguous problems;
• strong written and verbal communication skills;
• intellectual curiosity and the desire to understand how businesses really work;
• high standards and attention to detail;
• speed of learning;
• a strong sense of ownership;
• the ability to move comfortably between strategy and execution;
• fluent Italian and strong professional English. Previous insurance experience is not required. What will make you stand out We are particularly interested in evidence that you have already taken initiative beyond what was expected of you. That could mean that you have:
• built a project, startup or side business;
• taken leadership in a university association;
• competed in case competitions or entrepreneurial programmes;
• completed demanding internships while studying;
• studied or worked internationally;
• taught yourself a technical or analytical skill;
• taken responsibility for something before you felt completely ready. We are interested in people who naturally ask: “How can I solve this?” rather than: “Who should solve this?” Why viteSicure You will join at a particularly interesting stage of the company’s development. The technology exists. The product exists. The direct distribution model has been proven. The portfolio already exists. The challenge now is to scale. You will have the opportunity to:
• work directly with the Founder & CEO and senior leadership;
• see the entire company rather than one narrow function;
• take ownership of meaningful projects early in your career;
• work with insurers, corporate partners, investors and technology teams;
• understand how strategy, finance, distribution, product, AI and operations interact in a real business;
• contribute directly to decisions that can materially affect the company;
• grow into a larger strategic or operating role as viteSicure scales. At viteSicure, AI is already part of the operating model: our customer-facing AI agents are built on knowledge from more than 800,000 real customer conversations and connect to our insurance engine to support quoting and servicing. We are not looking for someone who simply wants their next job. We are looking for someone who wants to learn how to build and scale a company — by doing it.
