Analyst — Energy Investments Team
We are looking for a driven, analytically rigorous candidate to join our Energy Investments team in Milan as an Analyst.
What you will do
· Screen and evaluate M&A opportunities across the pipeline, and draft Investment Committee materials and deal memos
• Build, own, and stress-test financial models for renewable energy transactions
• Drive asset management: project milestones, business plans, and cash-flow tracking This is a hands-on role with ownership of deal workstreams and direct exposure to senior management and counterparties from day one. What we look for
• Degree in Finance or Engineering from a leading institution
· 1–3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Infrastructure Funds, or Transaction Services, preferably on energy or infrastructure transactions
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Rigorous, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams autonomously in a fast-paced deal environment

Milan, Via Alessandro Manzoni 21 — full time, in person Compensation: €33,000 – 45,000 gross per year, depending on profile
